Price ticker in the top right (menubar)

new update for the spreacointalk forum:

in the top right menu bar you will find the real time (1 min) price of SPR and its daily volume.

Enjoy.

PS at the moment it is obviously only gathering bittrex data, but I will adjust that the more exchanges we get.
PS2 it's not really real time, you need to refresh the page yourself,lol.  ;)

For anyone interested:

I access this public API on bittrex: https://bittrex.com/api/v1.1/public/getmarketsummary?market=btc-spr

read out the Last and BaseVolume parameter, and then multiply it with the average BTC price (last) taken from here:

https://api.bitcoinaverage.com/ticker/global/USD/

Price ticker is showing zero because bitcoinaverage seems down or very slow:

https://api.bitcoinaverage.com/ticker/global/USD/

When their server is up again, it will work immediately again.

hm, I switched to bitstamp api for last BTC price:

I will probably put multiple apis in my list, to have a little redundancy.

Price ticker is down because bitstamp site (and it's API) can't be reached right now.

Something still seems wrong with bitstamp API, so I'm switching back to https://api.bitcoinaverage.com/ticker/global/USD/ for now.

I changed the price ticker to show SPR price in Satoshis and the Volume in BTC.
