Talk about luck, just changed the config on my rid and found a block in less than 5minutes!!!

I use the spreadminer provided by Mr. Spread.

How does s.miner even work, downloaded it and it just shuts down immediately on my 64 bit, I7,  msi, Win7 laptop.

Are you having the same problem? if so either post or send me your bat file or config, graphics card type (onboard and cards).

If you are just starting look at the 960 from Nvidia.  Seems to be the middle card in the 750 - 960 - 970/980.  Though you will need extra plug to get the 100 to 120 Watts it needs.
