There has been talk of a name change, but most of us realize that it is not possible to change the name without changing the coin.  What if we changed our color scheme to differentiate ourselves from Spreadcoin 1.0?

I'd say that Spreadcoin 1.0 has never really existed, therefor we can just as easily take over its alpha phase status, and turn it into beta, and one day even release a 1.0
(remember, not even Bitcoin claims to have reached 1.0 yet... and that after so many years.)
